Our Business Resource Center is getting oh so close to being a reality. We identified three guys that will be managers and then brought them to a Business Consulting Training in Almaty. The seminar was put on by USAID and the PRAGMA corporation so there were some American guys there as well that i got a chance to meet and hang with (which was crucial seeing as the seminar was being conducted soley in Russian. And my Russian is not nearly good enough to make it through a week of discussing strategic plans, and accounting ratios without getting a massive headache). But our guys are being trained and progress is being made so i am flying high right now on this project. Plus it always fun to get to go to the city...even if its just for a few hours.
