waiting

not much too report. my organization is currently in a state of limbo because we cant begin our programs until we recieve a visit from the local government, so we can secure funding for next year - but they keep pushing back the date when they will come. As soon as they come though it will be like a mad dash to finish and start all our projects before the end of the school year.

Anyway this picture was sent to me. She is a famous singer in Kazakhstan that was performing at a charity concert. My friend was there and saw my pic screening through on a slideshow in the background and snapped this shot for me. Nobody is really clear as to how this happened, but i can dig it.
