Training

The training so far has been unbelievable. It is like going to business school. A lot of what we do are self led sessions by ourselves. And there are so many trainees that are so smart and experienced that I feel like a sponge. The stuff we are learning I think is so interesting and useful. We are learning everything from how to research and write grants for Non-Profit organizations to how to plan lessons and conduct classrooms to how to use computer-publishing programs.
