The Demilitarized Zone (the 38th Parallel). Enjoys the position of world’s most heavily armed border - Pretty sobering experience (other than the Super Viking theme ride to appeal to the kids who aren’t as in to civil war). We went on a tour and got to get a vantage point to see a village in North Korea. Also we took a tour of a tunnel built by the North Koreas that runs under the DMZ. It was discovered about 70 kilometers outside Seoul and they say that it could have allowed 300,000 troops through per hour. The last tunnel they found was in 1992.
