Because Ando was just off a contract for teaching english In South Korea (and was amazing at it), and I niether like nor am good at teaching english - having him for a seminar was perfect. There is a real lack of speech and listening in the schools here. The students learn english by writing sentences but never speaking, so we held a training to help give teachers ideas for games, and other activities to promote speaking and listening. And of course we had tea.
