SPRING!

The weather is changing and its like there is a mood change too. As if everyone was struck by a seasonal depression and is now getting geared up for spring. Rumor has it that all the slow moving, not doing much, times of the winter ends and once its warm everyone is just crazy busy. I can feel it already because as a volunteer working with youth I am being tapped a lot to help out with camps (camps were a huge thing back in the Soviet days and the tradition is still around). Also getting Scouting off the ground here is getting underway. Kazakhstan was just inducted into the World Scouting Movement and I have made some big contacts and it could be a pretty exciting time to be a part of getting an outdoor youth program started here.
