This was a big conference we had in Almaty where all the OCAP volunteers in our group met up to discuss how things are going at site, share ideas, ask questions, vent, etc. Then our local directors came and we had two days of Project Design and Management to work out kinks on projects we are currently working on with the help of Peace Corps staff.
