With the help of Jambyl Jastaryn, a youth organization from Taraz, we were able to collect books through a book drive - 974! And with the help of some grant money purchase some furniture to equip a new library at Ainalain. We officially opened on Wednesday with the amazing help of many volunteers to assist in the brutal work of sorting, labeling, registering, and shelving all 974 books. Now if i can just expedite the fast food chain (possibly a pizza hut) i can get a Book-It program off the ground.
