Some travelers from the commonwealth swung through Taraz and landed at my place via CouchSurfing (If you are not familiar with Couch Surfing, take a chance to google it because it is one of the most inspiring and greatest effects of globalization) So anyway i got to hang with these two dudes from Australia and England for a few days. It is perfect because having visitors is amazing when alone in the village, and they get a tour guide. Plus i now have two sure fire places to kick it when i travel abroad. They are traveling from a job in Japan via central Asia and the Arctic Circle to another job in Ireland only using trains, buses and boats. Needless to say they had some killer stories and convinced me to travel some more.
