With only a few months left, i am trying to train some local guys to take over the projects i have been working on. This is by far the most intense job i have ever come across. Not meant in any disrespectful way, but in terms of motivation, incentives, cultural norms and differences with respect to pride, responsibilty, and discipline. Its consuming me. Anyway, here we are working with our eco club.

Still taking in those words WITH ONLY A FEW MONTHS LEFT ... plenty of time to get those trainees doing things up to par - ha ha! Seriously though, not sure how you feel about all of this winding down but we look forward to being able to discuss all that face to face upon your return! Keep up the good work young man!
