this is donnie on the left and bikjean on the right. they are eating the amazing baked goods of mrs. adkins! we all thank you! donnie is 3 and we are major bro's. since i am pretty much on the same speaking level as him we hang out alot. he also helps me learn what is culturally not allowed. sometimes i will teach him to do something or have him try something out that i am unsure of and if he gets yelled at it is a no go. the mom started catching on to this and keeps saying that we are "kordas" which means the same age. but i also tried another experiment on him (this one with his benefit in mind) and try to only speak english to him. about two weeks ago it started sinking in and he shouts words like book and table and candy. it was really cool and is a killer party trick when we have guests.
