Thanksgiving

i had two thanksgivings this year, not bad for being abroad. the first was with all the volunteers in the Oblast and our Country Director. His wife cooked the turkey and made a killer pecan pie. I will post some pictures from that later. The second was all Hannon baby. I was the American chef for some friends and family in Aca. Ill spare you the pictures but just know that it happened. They showed me the turkey walking around in the morning - and by evening i had it in the microwave cooking. Killed it, plucked it, gutted it, and cooked it in a microwave - just like the pilgrims. I wasnt as horrified as i thought i was going to be and it turned out amazing!
